One Piece Clamping Couplings

PIC Design offers standard clamping couplings for a variety of industries including medical and dental equipment, military and defense, laboratory equipment, and precision industrial controls.

One-Piece clamping rigid couplings are split along one side of the axis and feature socket head cap screws to attach the coupling to the shaft. They are designed for high axial load and torque capacity. This makes them ideal for applications that require more holding power than a set screw coupling, without marring the shaft. These one-piece split clamp couplings are available with either equal or dissimilar bore sizes to provide additional design flexibility. PIC Design can manufacture custom metric and inch one-piece clamping shaft couplings to meet your exact specifications.

The combination of our recessed socket head cap screws and outside surface free of major projections provides another level of safety.
