Roller Clutches

Roller Clutches are devices which transmit torque in one direction while allowing freewheeling in the opposite direction.  They are generally designed into systems to provide backstopping, overrunning or indexing.  When transmitting torque, either the shaft or the housing (part retaining the roller clutch) can be the input member. Some of the industries we supply are medical, military, lab instrumentation, robotics, and more.
