Our website is the first place to look for your answers. Along with the relevant product specs, each product group has its own technical pages that aid in selection and use. You can find these pages in the Learning Center or Resources section of our website.

If you can't find the answer to your questions on our website, our staff of engineers and product managers are available to provide you with Technical Support at 1-800-243-6125. You may also use the Contact Us form to send a message directly to a Technical Advisor.

You have the option to shop online as an existing customer or as a guest. 

Existing Customers can sign-in to their account using the Sign In button at the top right of our website.  To sign-in, enter your username (email) and password.  You may have to click Forgot Password the first time you sign-in to our site.
If you have not previously registered to shop on our website, please complete the Registration Form to create your online account.
Please note: If you are a current PIC customer and would like your PIC Account Number and terms associated with your online account, you must contact our office at 1-800-243-6125.

Guests may shop online without sign-in and will check-out using a credit card, or they may sign-in to keep record of their orders. Simply complete the registration form and sign-in prior to placing your order. A credit card will be required at checkout.

Yes, PIC Design offers downloadable CAD files in several formats. You can enter the part number of in one of our search boxes or navigate through our product listing to find the part you are looking for.  On the item page itself, you will find the “View 3D Model” and "View 2D Drawing” buttons below the product picture. You can also select your download format.

To request models that are not currently available, you may send a request using the Contact Us form or by calling our office at 1-800-243-6125.

If you have a custom part you would like PIC Design to manufacture for you, please use the Request a Quote form or email sales@pic-design.com.
In your message, please be sure to include your drawing (preferred), a detailed product description, the quantity to quote, and your company and contact information. PIC will promptly respond with a price and lead time.

Price and inventory information is available online by entering the part number in the search box or navigating to its product category through our product listing. Clicking on a part number will take you to an item page which displays the quantity on hand, price, as well as price breaks for that particular item. You may also find this information in your shopping cart after an item is added there.

If 'RFQ' is displayed instead of a price, that part requires a Request for Quote. You may submit a Request for Quote for unpriced items by placing them in your cart and completing the check-out process.
