PIC Design is pleased to offer an extensive selection of precision hardware to support our full line of mechanical components and accessories. In our pursuit to be a full-service, one-stop supplier, we offer this product line to save you time and minimize effort in completion of your project. In addition to supplying standard and modified parts, we can also provide hardware kits for a range of sizes, and perform assembly of small components as a value-added service.
We know the proper hardware you will need with your order if there are any special requirements, simply contact us. If we don’t have the part or size that you need, we can custom manufacture it or modify an existing part.

>> Belleville Spring Washers

These washers will provide a spring force when compressed, useful for pre-loading assemblies or adding flexibility to a bolted joint. These parts can be stacked in parallel or series to fine tune the spring load. We offer Belleville Washers in a number of inch and metric sizes.

>> Breadboard Development Parts

Breadboards are component mounting plates with a series of slots that allow fine adjustment of component location. We offer several breadboard sizes and the corresponding feet and mounting hardware.

>> Captive Screws

These screws feature a shoulder under the head that is narrower than the root of the thread. This allows the screw to be captured between the head and threaded end when screwed into a plate with a threaded hole.

>> Dial Index

An engraved pointer that can be mounted adjacent to a dial and serve as a reference point. Models are available for disc dials and drum dials.

>> Dial Lock

A threaded lock designed to hold a flat disc dial in position against an adjacent panel.

Precision engraved disc dial and pointer with a Vernier scale.

>> Stainless Steel Dowel Pins

Slip, interference and press fits available in inch and metric sizes.

Engraved discs that can be assembled with PIC's standard hubs. Available in several diameters and degree ranges.

An engraved plexiglass or aluminum pointer that can be mounted adjacent to a dial and serve as a reference point.

A 2'' hand crank with bore sizes to match our standard shafting.

>> Handles – Chassis

Threaded or tapped handles in many styles and sizes.

>> Knurled Knobs

Adjustment knobs with a knurled outside diameter, available from 1'' to 2'' diameter with bore sizes to match our standard shafting.

>> Knurled Thumb Nuts

Threaded nuts in inch and metric sizes that have a round, knurled outside diameter for rapid assembly.

>> Knurled Thumb Screws

Screws in inch and metric sizes that have a round, knurled head for rapid assembly.

>> Motor Mount Cleats

These fasteners feature an integrated clamp with a special shape that allows for easy attachment of flanged motors, servos, encoders and syncros. Available in several sizes and mounting styles.

Slotted and socket head set screws in inch and metric sizes. Specialized tip styles available.

Slotted, socket, and Phillips head shoulder screws in inch and metric sizes.

Precision spacers with tapped ends for mounting parts at a distance. Made from square stock, these parts come in lengths from 1'' to 5''.

>> Springs

Several styles of compression and extension springs are available with different lengths, wire sizes and spring rates.

>> Stand offs

Precision spacers threaded through for mounting parts at a distance. Made from round stock, these parts come in lengths from 1/4'' to 1''.

>> Swivel Nuts

Knurled nuts with a radius on the mating face to allow swiveling between fastened components.

>> Swivel Studs

Slotted head bolts with a radius under the head to allow swiveling between fastened components.

>> Swivel Washers

Male and female washers with either the inner or outer edges radiused to allow a mating component to swivel.

>> Syncro Mounting Clamps

A clamp that accepts a single fastener, with an edge to secure the flange of a syncro.
