Bearing: Self Aligning Recirculating Ball or Engineered Plasic self lubricating
These carriage tops are available with self-aligning recirculating or engineered plastic ball bearings.  The bearings are prealigned for ease of installation.

PIC Bearing Housings come in an open or closed configuration.  Both versions feature adjustment controls for properly setting the clearance between the shaft and housing and for pre-loading the bearing.  Housing blocks may also be purchased without bearings.
