RoHS/WEEE

          In lieu of completing the many and various RoHS/WEEE questionnaires we receive, we are
          providing the following information on the subject.	

1. Precision Industrial Components LLC, DBA PIC Design, hereby certifies that PIC Products are in
   compliance with European Directives RoHS (Restrictions on Hazardous Substances) & WEEE 
   (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment).

2. Some of PIC’s aluminum products are chromic acid anodized per MIL-A-8625 Type 1; however,
   the finish itself is chemically inert and contains Hexavalent Chromium under the 0.1% by weight limit.

3. In addition, PIC certifies that no PIC product contains Asbestos or any other hazardous substance.
